Dr. Hj. Mohamed Harith Mohamed Kassim founded KAM Consults Sdn Bhd. Besides providing therapy to individuals to promote better mental well-being, as a Registered Counselor, Dr Harith also a Registered Trainer and his company (KAM) is a Licensed Training Provider. Dr Harith has expanded his services in training using a method developed by him and Trademarked, called the PRO-yi® method of training.

A passionate advocate for self-enhancement as a pre-condition to soft skills training, Dr Harith’s interest started at the age of 14 when he “talked to grasshoppers” in an effort at self-transforming himself from failure at primary, to a very successful individual up to tertiary level and well into the job market.

Dr Harith decided on living in Malaysia after having travelling to Toronto, Sydney and London, initially teaching and guest lecturing the then ITM and University of Malaya, before joining Colgate Palmolive Malaysia as its Legal & Corporate Affairs Director, and retired as VP Legal and Corporate Affairs in 2006 and still continues to hold a Board position and give advice as a consultant to Colgate Palmolive and Darlie Malaysia
